Employee Reviews
I’ve been working at USI Custom Outdoor Living full-time for more than 5 years.
Pros: Competitive wage, company clothes, work truck, some remote onsite work, great team to be part of.
Cons: It’s construction and sometimes it’s hard work.
Advice to Management: Have patience.
I’ve been working at USI Custom Outdoor Living full-time for more than a year.
Pros: Great company that has potential for more growth. Quality product produced–proud of your work after every finished job. If you’re a skilled carpenter with good work ethics, it’s a great team-driven company to work for and you can make a decent living.
Cons: New company that’s still in process of learning, so sometimes that can be frustrating, but very good team on the way to get the company to another level.
Advice to Management: Keep up the good work Rob.
I’ve been working at USI Custom Outdoor Living full-time for more than 3 years.
Pros: Lots of support for employees like clothes, vehicles, benefits, and bonuses. We have meetings just to learn how to get and keep the best! Big on SAFETY! Fun and creative projects. Kind of stuff you see in magazines and on TV.
Cons: Always plenty of work. Too many fun events! Just kidding this place is great.
Advice to Management: Keep on keeping on.
