What we are looking for:
In this critical role, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will have the responsibility to answer customer phone calls and emails, set and schedule appointments, and open and close new jobs. The CSR will wear many hats and complete other tasks as necessary such as Marketing, and log warranty repairs. The successful individual will have a thorough understanding of the market s/he serves, as well as a strong customer service aptitude, creativity, and will be a team player.
This position will be accountable for developing and executing any and all things related to customer service. The CSR will act as an industry expert and actively manage all leads that come in through multiple mediums.
- High School Degree/GED
- A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience
- A minimum of 2 years of answering phones and setting appointments
- Computer skills/knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, Google G-Suite, CRM,)
- Experience with Marketing and Social Media
- Bonus any CRM for Construction company experience, Adobe photo editing experience
