I’ve been in finance my entire career and have the unique ability to inspire people to collaborate, be invested into their idea and execute it. At PCF, work isn’t mundane. Director of Marketing
I grew up doing construction with my dad and eventually found PCF. I love it here because the people are awesome. I’ve made my way up through the company by being diligent and dedicated to what I do and have a marketing background, which led me to my current position. I love capturing our clients’ reaction at the end of their project. It’s important to be open and honest with our clients, and I believe we excel at that in this industry. I don’t think anyone can beat us in that category.
I’m down-to-earth, adaptable, and can communicate complex things simply. I love traveling with my 16-year-old basketball-playing son, especially while hoping he can pay his own way to college. I take pride in my job knowing that I’m supported to interact with our customers with transparency and integrity.
I’m simple and easy-going. What you see is what you get. I journey through life with my husband and 3 kids in an even-keel, consistent pattern. I’ve been a teacher for years, so supporting something of value comes natural to me. I love the heart of PCF. I’m originally from Illinois. I was a theater student, but have a degree in scenic design. I’ve got a keen sense for detail and have a niche for finding imperfections in technical drawings. You can find me in my office laughing with our team often. Thankfully, my love for hiking is a good compromise to being an avid foodie.
I’ve been a CAD designer my entire career. I geek out on the programming side of drafting—Luminar, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max and a host of others. I enjoy PC-gaming. When my brain needs a break from custom precision drafting, my boss might find me playing an RPG adventure or tactical game—a hobby that sharpens my skillsets.
Me encanta mi familia y mi trabajo. I’ll say it in Spanish just because I can. I love spending time with my two kids and watching my husband play soccer. The best part of my work is getting the job done. At PCF, everyone’s a team player. We take care of each other and our customers. They’re all about the people.
I love learning and the feeling of accomplishment. I’m passionate about my horses and compete in dressage competitions with a few national titles under my belt. You’ll find me gardening and enjoying the outdoors often. PCF fits me because of the schedule flexibility and how tight knit it is.

The glass is half-full to me. I pursue life with musical zest and a can-do mentality, which has landed me with an eclectic job history from a bought-out online Candy Company, Uber driver, to a state of WA employee. Not to mention, my viral YouTube channel of 200 subscribers! I love the people at PCF. It’s a drama-free zone. I know I’m in the right place when I’m doing work and it doesn’t feel like work.
I’m positive, charismatic, and empathetic. I’m a power-lifter. While I like to challenge myself physically, I love to escape musically—Thai rap is one of my favs. I love our company culture. They find your passion and gifts and somehow find ways to support and improve it.
Having been a teacher for 7 years, I’ve learned to be positive and friendly. I’m eager to learn and to help others. Being a single mom of 2 keeps me busy, but I’ll never turn down dancing or hiking. I was an electrician for many years and bring my experience to any project that I can add value to. I’m gentle and love helping support the team at PCF in whatever capacity I can. I’m a man-child. I wakeboard on Lake Washington. I’m a black diamond skier. I’m a competitive tennis player. I’ve been selling door-to-door since I was 15 years old. I was a professional male model and actor in Asia through my 20’s. I’ve been a mortgage broker and public speaker for Amway. I work for my kids and my property. I love to work hard and play hard. I beat cancer and it was PCF that gave me the zest I needed to aspire for the next day.
Outdoor living construction is familiar territory for me. I’ve been a part of this industry for over 30 years through finance, sales, and even as a general contractor. Road biking is a daily release for me. I’ve climbed Mt. Rainier a couple times, which has only fueled my love for the outdoors. PCF is a family, team-oriented company. They’ll make you feel a part of the team right away.
Carpentry has been my hobby since as long as I can remember. If I’m not on a 90-mile bike ride, I’m probably building furniture in my garage. I’m a good listener. Successful projects are a result of good listening. PCF is a flourishing company because they recognize the value of fueling personal success as an equivalent to the company’s success.
Take me to the beach in a ’68 Camaro and I’ll be your best friend. I love anything water-related and from the muscle-car era. Over 30 years of construction and natural disaster investigative work has taught me a lot about extreme applications of products. I tend to execute projects that aren’t square boxes and aren’t conventional. PCF supports my talents and approach while providing a platform for life-long learning.
If you enjoy music and company, I may invite you to a hootenanny around a campfire while I lead with my harmonica. I love people. I’ve been in construction my entire life, but seeing a client’s reaction when I’ve helped make their dream a reality will never get old for me. PCF is incredibly supportive. I’m a native of the Pacific Northwest and experienced custom home construction at an early age through our family’s construction business. I love volleyball, hiking, skiing, and wake surfing on Lake Tapps. PCF has allowed me to grow my sales experience and continue with our family’s history of creating unique designs by understanding the terrain and environment of the beautiful evergreen state.
I’ve raised my kids on our 1990 21’ Sea Ray Laguna boat on the San Juan Islands. Archery and hunting are an integral part of my family life. I started working at Nordstrom and retired at Nordstrom 30 years later. But then my wife said, if I’m working, you’re working, so I’m working. I live by the creed that there’s no right way to do a wrong thing and that’s worked out well for me at PCF.
I’m easy to work with and straight up. I love off-roading and golfing with my kids. I’m originally from O’ahu, Hawaii, so spear-fishing is my MO. I’ve been in sales my entire career because I enjoy working with people. PCF is like a family. I thrive from its transparency and team chemistry. Customer satisfaction is my priority and brings me the most satisfaction as well.
Sales is not sales for me. It’s a service. Finding the best way to serve people has been an integral part of my entire career. I served as a rescue swimmer in the US Coast Guard, which was the best time of my young life. I enjoy talking about business and spending time with my family. PCF satisfies my passions by giving me the freedom to serve our customers while harnessing my entrepreneurial spirit.
I’m passionate about helping people. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I find joy in helping client dreams come true. I’ve completed a craft apprenticeship program in concrete construction, which led me to own and operate my own decorative concrete business. Sales leadership and business management have been integral parts of my career—experience that helps create an optimal product.

I have over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. I hunger for the creativity of this industry and my keen attention-to-detail helps my ability to draw and read blueprints uniquely. At Clover Park Technical College, I made the Assistant Dean’s List—an achievement I’m proud of because it instilled in me the diligence that I put forth in my every day work today. At PCF, quality comes before the dollar, which is very unusual.
Music and people bring me at ease. I’m a guitarist. I love writing new music and connecting with people. I’m a peacemaker and an encourager. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 5 years and PCF has embraced me as part of their family. Having served in the army for 13 years, the comradery at PCF makes me feel right at home.
I’m simple and straightforward. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 40 years and 35 of those years has been about building nice, custom decks. If I’m not building decks, you may find me at the billiards because playing pool is a nice outlet for me. PCF is a great, tightknit company. I like it because I can focus on doing what I do best—building awesome decks.
I love working with my hands and being outdoors. I have a family of 5 that keeps me busy, but I won’t turn down some time to skateboard. I’m goal-oriented so working on a client’s dream project and finishing it, keeps me satisfied. With 6 years of construction experience and counting, I look forward to continuing my growth with this industry and PCF.
I love snowboarding and music. Playing video games is an outlet for me. I have an electrical background as well as carpentry, and always eager to learn more within the trade. I’ve worked alongside my father as an electrician prior to PCF, which was an investment into my 8 years and growing experience in this industry. PCF desires high quality work and that totally resonates with me.
I’ve been in construction for over 20 years. I have CCN certifications for sales mastery, production, and management. I’m a bank for product knowledge and enjoy leading a team to execute with the right products for the best results. I enjoy hanging out with my kid, duck hunting, and riding dirt bikes. PCF surrounds me with great people who want to be here and that makes my job that much more enjoyable.
Senior Project Manager
I love family with my family. I enjoy video games and duck hunting in the winter. I know how to have fun and lighten the mood. I aim to be an enjoyable person. I graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelors degree and some notable recognitions from the National Deck and Rail Association. I’ve been in construction since I was old enough to push a broom because my dad always dragged me along to his jobs. PCF is good people. We have a good time.
I enjoy fly fishing, photography, and archery. I have a BA in Construction Management. I’m LEED Certified with over 200 hours in the Aluminum Extruders Council (AEC). I have over 10 years of experience in this industry including commercial building envelope and commercial architectural product applications. My attention-to-detail has grown my expertise in commercial shell and core glazing, metal panel rain screens, and specialty overhead glazing fields. PCF supports well this niche of mine.
I love exploring the PNW with my wife and kids by hiking, paddle boarding, and scenic driving. I enjoy reading, watching sports, and traveling. I’m organized and attentive to detail. With over 16 years of construction experience, I love that I’ve made a career of it at PCF because it feels like a family. There’s a lot of good people here.
I enjoy photography, skating, snowboarding, and chillin’ with my dogs. I’m always eager to learn and love working with my hands. Visually, it’s always satisfying seeing the progress of a job and completing it. At PCF, we care about each other and what we do. Working here fuels my desire to learn and motivates me to be great at what I do.
Living in the Pacific Northwest is awesome! I can go to the lake or adventure on an amazing hike, but if I want to stay in and have a drink with my buddies playing video games or watching Netflix then I can do it all here. Make room for me if you’re playing tennis or softball. Working at PCF feels like an extension of my life outside of work. I’m around great company; I work with my hands while outside and even after 5 years in the construction industry, I enjoy the competitive nature of challenging myself to complete each project with excellence.
Take me outdoors because I love snowboarding, kayaking, and hiking. I have a degree in Interior Design and Furniture, which helps me aim to building the “perfect” project. There’s such a strong sense of satisfaction I get when I come into an empty yard, and then help leave behind a masterpiece. I came to PCF years ago without any construction knowledge. PCF equipped me and gave me every opportunity to grow. It’s a 10+ company. You can’t get better than this.
My wife and 5 sons keep me busy traveling with them for sports and venturing into the beautiful outdoors of the PNW. I’m a former Sergeant in the US Army and served in both Afghanistan and Iraq. I was an honor graduate in the Army’s advanced leadership course and withhold the same motivation and work ethic in this career as I did in service. I’ve been in and out of construction since I was 14 and am a Certified Master Shingle Applicator. I enjoy working for PCF because we’re like-minded.
I’ve been in the construction industry for several years. Carpentry is a good blend of physical and mental. It keeps me very stimulated. I thrive under pressure, so this industry keeps me on my toes. When I moved to the US, I was very picky about who I wanted to work for because I wanted my first US job to be in a company that I can develop and thrive in. PCF has supported me in that direction and they definitely hold true to their company value that people come first.
I love rock climbing, mountaineering, backpacking–anything outdoors. I make knives. I sow my own outdoor gear: hammocks, jacket, sleeping bag, all of it. I enjoy teaching and I’m good at problem-solving. Learning new skills is fun for me. I’m an Eagle Scout. I have a degree in Biology with minors in Liberal Arts and Spanish. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 5 years. PCF is a perfect blend between large company and small company.
I enjoy golfing and painting. Working, for me, is an enjoyable outlet also. I’m a doer and show by behavior kind-of-guy, so I base excellence on how well I can deliver. I’m over a year into construction, but know that working at PCF, I can envision a career simply by the way I feel taken care of here. My boss allows me to be myself and supports me well as an individual. I can feel that PCF cares.
I love doing life with people. I enjoy working out, snowboarding, watching movies and capitalize on opportunities to meet new people. I’m passionate, diligent, and aim to bring good vibes in whatever I do. I’m a former auto mechanic, so that experience inevitably bleeds through my journey in construction. At PCF, I enjoy all the opportunities to learn and stay motivated knowing that each day brings something new and fresh.
Patience and level-headedness aren’t usually the qualities that come to mind for former MMA competitors so I may be an anomaly, but it’s surprisingly true. I’m also detail-oriented and organized, which has helped launch my career in the construction industry. I love spending time with my family, and especially being an uncle to my nephews and nieces. I enjoy being active with my hands and working at PCF, a company that really cares.
I have an AA in Behavioral Science. I’m detail-oriented. I focus on solutions rather than problems. I’m a disc golfer, snowboarder, wood worker, and coffee roaster. I’m newer to the construction industry but with over 10 years of custom car stereo fabrication experience, it comes in handy when creating fine products for our PCF clients.
I enjoy cutting and assembling. Even outside of work, I’m building something for myself or my friends. My most notable recognition was in 4th grade when I placed 3rd in the Spelling Bee. That experience has shaped my career. With over 10 years of construction experience, there’s always something to learn. My out-of-box thinking usually advances a project while my anal attentiveness to jobsite organization and cleanliness keeps everyone pretty happy.
I enjoy spending time with my horses. I’ve been in construction for over 4 years and stay motivated in this industry by all the learning that takes place. I love being a part of a project that comes to fruition with such excellence and enjoy working at PCF because of all the variety of experiences I have the chance to maximize. PCF keeps their standards high while compensating well and treating people like family.
I’ve been an electrician for almost 20 years with over 50,000 hours invested. Learning though, never stops. Sometimes my experience is relevant, and other times, I draw up solutions that are completely unique. I enjoy foreseeing things in a project the homeowner hasn’t yet and adding value to their outdoor experience. Outside of work, I’m all about being a dad.
Senior Project Manager
I’m an open book, a what-you-see-is-what-you-get guy. If I’m not woodworking, I’m growing a mean raspberry bush. I enjoy gardening and building furniture for my family. Even after 15 years as an electrician, I still am most satisfied at the end of a project when I see how satisfied the customer is at the final walk-through. PCF employs great people so it makes work more enjoyable.
I served as a Lance Corporal in the Marines. I love bass fishing in my ’77 15-foot MirroCraft. And, really, I just love to work. I love what I do and I take a lot of pride in it. In the military, I embraced the values of honor, courage, and commitment and bring that to my work daily at PCF. I enjoy performing custom work and accept challenges from the uniqueness that every project brings.
I could be the GOAT at video games, but I listened to my dad who wanted me to work in a trade. I’ve been an electrician for almost 10 years. Being a gamer and an electrician go hand-in-hand because I naturally see patterns, enjoy problem-solving and logical thinking. PCF brings variety to my everyday work and the people I interact with are just really cool people.
You can call me “Ace.” I’m a grease monkey, originally from Maryland. If I’m not working on cars, I’m probably fishing or hiking. I’ve lost over 100 pounds. Setting goals and achieving them give me a strong sense of accomplishment. At PCF, my boss’s perfectionism and work energy fuel me to learn daily.
I might break out my spandex to go biking with you if you can help me convert an old pickup truck to an electric ride. I’m green-minded. I was a solar installer and get jazzed about electrical conversions. As an electrician, not one day is the same. I add humor to my every day, adding levity to PCF and our team-oriented environment.
Hand me a basketball any time because I love to hoop! I was ranked an E5 in the Navy and served 8 years. Structure and discipline jive with my character, especially raising 3 kids. I’m adaptable and work well with straightforward communication. My boss at PCF levels me up. I love the transparency of the company because it helps me understand how I contribute to the team.
I enjoy problem-solving. Skateboarding and working on cars are my outlets, but my favorite time is dirt biking with my 5-year-old daughter. I started off in landscaping and found my passion in electrical. The money is good, the work is challenging, and I won’t break my back doing it. Friendliness goes a long way and that’s what I love about PCF. We’re family-oriented here, warm and welcoming.
Sticks and stones look like a table to me. I like math and working with my hands. Metal fabrication and wood-working are my outlets. I love learning new skillsets to then apply practically. At PCF, the learning is endless and everyone’s included in the process. I love how our founder will relate high-level business topics and simplify them to concepts within our own homes.
Diligence and responsibility don’t scare me. In fact, electrical work demands both and it brings me joy to see it all come to fruition. I earned a work vehicle quickly, which is pretty stinkin’ cool for me. At PCF, there’s always something new to learn and people aren’t shy to come alongside and help.
I served as a Staff Sergeant in the Army for 11 years. That experience has ingrained reliability and perseverance in me. I’ll do anything to get the job done. I enjoy woodworking, snowboarding, and watching movies. Electrical work is in one word, magical. The lights go on and then seeing the faces of customers light up just doesn’t get old. Working at PCF feels like home.
Hanging out with family brings me joy. We love boating, camping, fishing, and just enjoying the outdoors together. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years and have a diverse background in outdoor living spaces. I have an Associate in Computer Drafting and Design, which gives me a unique knack for visualizing the end project from the get-go and identifying problems before they actually happen. At PCF, we get to see some of the most beautiful homes in our area and engage with the coolest customers.
I have an online Etsy shop that manages my armor making and prop crafting. I’m a licensed massage therapist, but these days, I’m on the receiving end. I have a Bachelors for Engineering in Manufacturing and am a certified manufacturing engineering technologist. I’m detail and quality-oriented with a strong passion for the pursuit of knowledge and skills. I’ve been using my experience in this industry for over 5 years and love the fact that at PCF, the opportunity to learn anything you want is made available.
I’ve been with PCF for over 7 years and plan to stay around simply because of the way PCF treats their employees. I feel valued here and the work environment is family-oriented where everyone looks out for each other. PCF poured into my growth when I started off as an apprentice and worked my way up to a Project Manager. It has been very satisfying to be a part of quality, custom jobs that at the end of the day, I can be proud of.
I love fishing, snowboarding, and golfing. My wife, daughter, and two dogs keep me busy. I have a keen attention-to-detail which allows me to help customers navigate and visualize what their project can look like more clearly. I enjoy engaging with people and building good repore with our customers. I’m OSHA 500-certified and understand safety standards well. I’ve been in this industry for over 18 years, and PCF has been my favorite company. You’re not just a number here—they equip you to be the best person you can be.
Put me on any lift, and I can probably drive it. I’ve been in this industry for over 5 years and love every opportunity I get to learn and advance. I’m a fun, down-to-earth guy that enjoys working with my hands. I chose to work in the construction industry over two years ago because I wanted to work outdoors while learning to build quality, custom projects. PCF trained me from ground up. It’s like a big family here and we’re equipped and supported well to create a solid, quality product for our customers.
I’m a random encyclopedia. I was a Nuclear Officer in the US Navy for 11 years. I studied Literature in college. I love meeting people from all over the world. I’m a team player in whatever I do. I love spending time with my wife, son, and animals anywhere in the outdoors. I claim having the cutest Basset Hound named Bella Bu and the award for Mr. Jabber Jaw. A native of Puyallup, WA, I’ve been in construction for over eight years having installed over 300 undercover systems around the PNW. I’ve received awards from the Certified Contractors Network and find the most joy in my every day work knowing we are building a customer’s dream. PCF sets the standard for quality outdoor living projects.
